Are these the nails that bend in half when you wear them? 😄 I cant hang with those types.
I’ve never had a problem with my nails bending. Using a base coat and top coat gives the nails an extra layer and makes them stronger so they don’t bend. Hope that helps! 💕
I use builder gel in a bottle on all press on nails I wear. Not only does it make them stronger but people think they came from a salon.

I found that the more u wash ur hands the designs come off. When I added the base and top coat to stop it from doing that, they would crack and chip off bc u can file the nails bc they have the designs on them lol. I buy the 10 nails for $6-$12. They keep the design

Yesterday I did gel x nails on myself and before I went in with the application I just totally forgot to add dehydrator and primer. I’m hoping my nails last since I didn’t add the dehydrator and primer to my natural nails I added it to my press on nails before I went in and painted my nails I also added a thin layer of glitter poly so my nails so I’m hoping that that will get my nails to stay on a little bit longer even though I didn’t didn’t dehydrate and prime my natural nails🙄
I haven’t tried gel x nails before but fingers crossed that they last for you! It sounds like you prepped the press on nails pretty well, so you might be okay. It happens to the best of us, don’t worry too much. 💖
